Under her light scarf and the whisper of Eastern legends, you will learn about the invention of coffee: let’s remember the Ethiopian shepherd Kaldi, who was the first to see goats “dancing” after the berries of the coffee tree. And then — the first tasting. You will taste one of the ancient coffee recipes of the 10th century — rich, with spices, according to an ancient tradition.

We will move on through the streets of old Kamianets — and, changing locations, Gyulnush tells about the path of coffee through the world: how it became a sacred drink in the Muslim world, why it was banned in Europe, and how it eventually became a symbol of morning conversation, love, and literary evenings.
