Departure from Ivano-Frankivsk. Transfer to Halych. The unique atmosphere of the city is created by numerous historical monuments, including the Church of the Nativity, the monument to Danylo Halytskyi, and the ruins of Halych Castle, located on Castle Hill, which offers a magnificent panorama.
Moving to the religious and historical complex "Mountain on the Dniester". Everything that pleases the eye here (from a small bush to majestic sculptures) has a meaning. There is a children's playground, photo zones, a summer playground with a bandstand, a chapel, and a high observation deck from which you can contemplate the wonderful Transnistrian landscapes.
We are going to Rohatyn, the birthplace of Roksolana.
Let's take a look at the panorama of Chesnyky, a village named after the fact that very honest people supposedly lived here. The local scenery will definitely not leave you indifferent!
And then we travel to the Church of St. Michael, one of the oldest churches in Ivano-Frankivsk region dating back to the 14th century. This protected church is an architectural monument of national importance. In the literature, we find three different names for this church - St. Michael, St. Nicholas, and Ascension of Christ.
Finally, we go to the tasting room of Opillya oils. The owners have restored an old house and opened a mini-business - craft oils. Here you can also taste homemade bread, Opillya ice cream, and craft beer... And besides, we will try local gin and whiskey. We will also try a delicious dish with yasky and morels. This part of the tour will impress the most demanding gourmet, we guarantee it.
After warm conversations and delicious meals, we return to Ivano-Frankivsk in the evening.
