Tour program:

1 day:

06:00

Lutsk.

05:00 departure from Rivne.

Schönborn Palace. The Schönborns were an ancient Austrian dynasty, many of whose representatives belonged to the Roman Catholic clergy. The story of the fabulous palace begins with an ordinary wooden hunting lodge. After all, Count Karl was an avid hunter and loved to make a real holiday out of this activity. An event of this magnitude was too small for a small wooden house. Therefore, in the early years of the twentieth century, a brick castle was built in its place.

Tour of Mukachevo. Mukachevo is an incredible city with an amazing history. It is best known for its legendary castle, which withstood numerous sieges and was a citadel of uprisings. However, there are many other fascinating historical monuments in Mukachevo that are worth exploring.

Mukachevo Castle. Palanok Castle is a unique example of medieval fortification architecture, with a combination of different styles. It is one of the oldest Ukrainian fortresses, the walls of which hide many mysteries and secrets.

Check in at the hotel in Uzhhorod, have dinner, free time.

Day 2:

08:30

Uzhhorod.

Delicious breakfast.

Excursion to Uzhhorod Castle. The most valuable exhibit of the Transcarpathian Museum of Local Lore is undoubtedly the Uzhhorod Castle of the XV-XVIII centuries, which is the oldest and most valuable historical and architectural structure of the city of Uzhhorod.

Excursion around Uzhhorod. This city is almost the Carpathians, with mountains already visible on the horizon. Uzhhorod is the farthest from the center of Ukraine, but it is also the most cozy, atmospheric, and quiet. But what makes Uzhhorod special in April is that the city turns into a real garden of Eden, as the exotic Japanese cherry tree, sakura, begins to bloom. Uzhhorod is home to Europe's largest Sakura Alley. These trees grow only in Japan, several states of America and Zakarpattia. Every year, thousands of tourists come to Uzhhorod to see this beautiful natural phenomenon. The peak of flowering, when the sakura branches are covered with lush pink flowers, is an incredibly exciting phenomenon.

Free time for 100500 photos.

Tasting of up to 7 types of craft wines in the wine restaurant "Kovach Winery" (200 UAH/person). In the very wine-making center of Transcarpathia, we will taste wines in a cozy and interesting place. First, we will have a tour where you will learn why Transcarpathian wines are so delicious. And then we will taste different types of wines with delicacies to choose the best ones and bring them home as a gift. In the restaurant, you should definitely try the unique Transcarpathian dishes - choose your own for every taste.

Skansen is another very interesting museum in Zakarpattia, which features more than 14 thousand exhibits. The very location of the museum, next to the castle and botanical garden, makes our tour-walk fascinating and unique. You can also add interesting photos to your collection here, as cherries, sakuras and other trees bloom against the backdrop of old buildings. Bring a bright outfit, and we will show you where to take unique photos.

Return to the hotel, have dinner, relax with friends.
