Travel to Ukraine

Ukraine, a country with a rich history, invites travelers to embark on an exciting journey of exploration and discovery. The fascinating scenery, multifaceted culture and hospitality of the Ukrainian people attract tourists from all over the world, even in the difficult period of war.

Traveling to Ukraine during the war

Ukraine has no restrictions on foreign tourists traveling on its territory. However, traveling under martial law requires additional attention and caution. If a tourist decides to visit Ukraine, two main safety rules must be strictly observed:

➤ Curfew - you need to find out in advance the duration of the curfew in the region you plan to visit. This is the time introduced to maintain law and order. Typically, curfews last from 00:00 until 05:00 the next day, and you should not be outside or in public places during this period.

➤ Air raid alert - upon receiving the signal, you must immediately go to the nearest shelter.

Also, before traveling to Ukraine, you should take care of obtaining proper medical insurance. We recommend that you take out insurance specifically to cover military risks, which will cover not only standard medical care/treatment/diagnosis, etc. but also accidents and injuries caused by passive or direct military risks.

What to visit in Ukraine

Start your trip in Kyiv, the capital city where antiquity and modernity are harmoniously combined. The historic Kyiv Pechersk Lavra and the legendary Independence Square tell the stories of the nation's struggles and victories.

Lviv, with its cobblestone streets and medieval architecture, takes you back to a bygone era. The city's lively cultural life and European flavor create a magical atmosphere that enchants visitors.

Visit the Carpathian Mountains to get in touch with nature. Hiking in the summer or skiing in the winter, the Carpathians offer an escape to tranquility and breathtaking scenery.

Ukraine's warm hospitality welcomes tourists with open arms. English is often spoken in tourist regions, making communication as easy as possible.
