The occupiers continue shelling the energy structure of our country. In these difficult times, it is very important to support the energy system by making all utility payments on time. Naftogaz explained how to do it if there is no electricity and/or Internet.
How to pay utilities when there is no light and communication?
You can easily pay for electricity via the Internet. At the same time, it does not matter if it is in your home. To do this, it is enough to visit one of the "Points of Invincibility", which are currently operating throughout Ukraine. You can find out more about their location here.
You can also use self-service terminals, pay the bill at a bank or post office to pay the utility bill for electricity.
How to transfer meter readings?
In order to transfer the meter readings, perform the following steps:
• Visit the office of the oblgaz;
• Contact the oblgaz hotline;
• Use boxes for taking readings.
Attention! In order to transfer the indicators through the box, write the previous and current data on a piece of paper. Also, enter the personal account in the regional gas office, address, full name and put this sheet in the box.
How to pay for gas?
To pay utilities for gas, you need:
• use self-service payment terminals;
• contact any bank branch;
• visit a branch of Ukrposhta or Nova Poshta.
When paying, you must specify your personal account number and company details.
Pay attention! You can pay for utility services through payment terminals, in branches of the bank or Ukrposhta and Nova Poshta.
