The world's largest search engine Google has revealed which queries among Ukrainians became the most popular in 2022. We tell you what citizens were looking for during the war.
So, the most popular requests during the war were:

At the same time, by category in 2022, Ukrainians most often searched for the following in Google:
Popular requests in the "Person" category
Oleksiy Arestovych, adviser to the Office of the President, received rapid growth among Ukrainians. Users of the search engine were also interested in Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, the "Ghost of Kyiv", former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson and the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces Valery Zaluzhny.

What did citizens of Ukraine Google more often in the "Shopping" category?
Obviously, the generator was the most popular request among Ukrainians in this category. Also, most often, the search engine looked for requests "where to buy salt, bulletproof vest, Russian ship stamp".
In addition, Ukrainians were interested in candles, an inverter, potassium iodide and Starlink.
Top requests in the "Movies and series" category
So, in Ukraine in 2022, the most popular movie was Spider-Man: No Home. As for other films, Ukrainians also often searched for "Death on the Nile", "Don't Look Up", "Thor: Love and Thunder", "Drink 2", "Three Heroes and a Horse on the Throne", "House of Gucci" and " Faster than bullets."
At the same time, the prequel to "Game of Thrones" - "House of the Dragon" was expected to be the most popular request among series. The top included "Euphoria", "Hear me", "sharp visors" season 6, "squid game", "sandman" and "amazing wonders" season 4.
