Uninterrupted Internet and communication: Kyivstar is asking for help from businesses that have generators
"Kyivstar" launched the project "Business Unites for Victory". The company offers entrepreneurs who own generators to connect telecom equipment on a commercial basis. Learn how to help ensure reliable mobile communications and the Internet
Due to constant shelling and damage to critical infrastructure, mobile operators cannot provide uninterrupted communication. "Kyivstar" announced the "Business Unites for Victory" project, the goal of which is to provide reliable mobile communications and the Internet through joint efforts with generator owners.
Representatives of the mobile network noted that the shelling directly affects the work of operators. Currently, after the disappearance of electricity, the equipment works from batteries and diesel generators, but it is not possible to provide power to 13.5 thousand objects alone.
Who can help ensure reliable mobile communication and Internet?
Those who have a generator with a capacity of 6 kW or more can become part of the project. In the application, the company emphasized that the cooperation will take place on a commercial basis, therefore it is beneficial for the owners. "Kyivstar" will connect its own telecom equipment to generators.
How to join the project?
In order to become a participant in the "Business Unites for Victory" project, you need:
• have a generator from 6 kW;
• fill out the feedback form on the website or write to [email protected].
After receiving the application, the company representative will call you and inform you of the terms of use of the generator.
We will remind you! Despite the blackout in Ukraine, there are providers that work without electricity. Find out who has already created an uninterrupted Internet connection in our article using the link.
