On the VisitUkraine.Today portal, you can now easily and affordably book a hotel in a number of Ukrainian cities. How the new feature works and where to find it, read below.
The "Hotels" section is available in several languages (including English), which is also important for foreign users who plan to visit Ukraine.
Our team tried to make the search system for hotels in Ukraine accessible and understandable. The interface of the section is created so simply and without unnecessary details that even a person who has never booked a hotel online can understand it.
Where can I find the section to book a hotel?
On the main page of the site, you may notice several sections. In order to book a hotel, you need to go to the "Tickets" section. After you have a new page, the site will offer you to choose several options. One of them Hotels is exactly what you need.
After clicking the "Hotels" button, the booking interface will immediately appear on the page. Here you can start the booking process. The interface looks like this:
How does the Visit Ukraine hotel search service work?
The number of hotels displayed during the search is based on the dates the client selects. For example, here is the current number of hotels and prices (per person) for the booking period from February 13, 2023:
- Kyiv (19 hotels) prices from UAH 462/day;
- Lviv (25 hotels) prices from UAH 880/day;
- Yaremche (2 hotels) prices from UAH 2,600/day.
- Odesa (14 hotels) prices from UAH 800/day;
- Uzhgorod (2 hotels) prices from UAH 998/day;
- Bukovel (7 hotels) prices from UAH 850/day;
- Vinnytsia (1 hotel) prices from UAH 1,500/day;
- Chernivtsi (1 hotel) prices from UAH 1,650/day;
- Ivano-Frankivsk (2 hotels) prices from UAH 1080/day.
How is the reservation made?
When viewing hotels, you can familiarize yourself with its location and room description. Also, when choosing a hotel, you can choose a tariff that indicates the check-in/check-out time and the rules for canceling the reservation.
After you decide on a hotel and a room, by pressing the "book" button, a window for entering data about the tourist will appear. The client must familiarize himself with the terms and conditions and confirm the reservation.
Reservation confirmation will be sent to the specified e-mail.
Payment and corrections in the reservation
Payment for the room can be made depending on the rules established in a specific hotel. That is, either immediately on the website, or upon entering the hotel itself. How exactly you will be able to pay for accommodation is specified when booking.
If the client wants to cancel the reservation, it is done in accordance with the hotel's terms and conditions, which are specified at the time of booking.
If the customer wants to change the dates, then it is necessary to cancel the old request (according to the terms) and create a new reservation taking into account the changed dates. The same procedure takes place if you wish to add a person to an already booked application.

The simultaneous stay of visitors in the hotel lobby not more than one person per 10 square meters of serviceable area is allowed.
Persons can visit hotels and stay there (outside hotel room) only if they wear respirator or face mask (including homemade mask), so that the nose and mouth are covered.
Hotel guests are obliged to keep the 1.5 meters distance.
Online check-in making in advance is recommended to avoid queues at check-in to hotel.
Meals in hotels are provided through meals delivery service to rooms upon prior order or at hotel restaurants situated inside or in open areas, provided the distance of at least 1.5 meters between seats at adjacent tables.
Not more than 4 clients are allowed to stay at the table (excluding children under 14 years old). Unless these tables are separated by a special partition;
Self-serve is not allowed.
