Ukraine launches additional railroad routes: what routes will be available

Railways are one of the most convenient and efficient methods of traveling within the country, which is why demand for some routes is growing rapidly. Find out in which directions Ukrzaliznytsia has scheduled additional trains and where you should go before the summer time comes to an end

"Ukrzaliznytsia" has appointed additional trains on certain dates in communication between several cities of Ukraine. We tell you which routes have become even more accessible for citizens.


To meet passenger demand, the company announced the launch of the following additional routes:


Krivoy Rog - Kiev


Train No. 175/176 Krivoy Rog - Kiev will depart from Krivoy Rog on August 20, 21, 27, 28 at 11:08 and arrive in Kiev at 19:31. 


Back, from Kiev, the train will depart on August 20 at 07:31 and arrive in Kryvyi Rih at 16:56. At the same time on August 21, 27, 28 the train will depart from Kiev at 07:24 and arrive in Krivoy Rog at 16:43. 


Kiev - Lviv


Train No. 191/192 Kiev - Lviv will depart from Kiev on August 14 at 07:05 and arrive in Lviv at 14:49.


Back, from Lviv, the train will depart on the same date at 14:37 and arrive in Kyiv at 22:05. 


Kiev - Vorokhta


Routes number 229/230 on the corresponding route will depart from Kiev from August 15 to September 19 on odd numbers at 23:21 and arrive in Vorokhta at 11:50. 


The return routes, from Vorokhta, will depart on August 16, 18 and from August 20 to September 20 on even numbers at 14:47 and arrive in Kiev at 05:10.


Odessa - Lviv


Train No. 168/167 Odessa - Lviv will depart from Odessa on August 25, 27 and 30 at 09:39 and arrive in Lviv at 20:35. 


Back, from Lviv, the train will depart on the same dates at 08:37 and arrive in Odessa at 19:56. 


Izium, Kharkiv - Lviv


Train No. 111/63-64/112 will run in the communication Izium, Kharkiv - Lviv. It will depart on September 1, 3, 6, 8, 10, 13, 15, 17, 20, 22, 24, 27, 29 from Izyum at 18:22, from Kharkiv - at 22:43 and arrive in Lviv at 13:40.


In the opposite direction, from Lviv, the train will depart on September 2, 4, 7, 7, 9, 9, 11, 14, 16, 18, 21, 23, 25, 28, 30 at 15:48 and arrive in Kharkiv at 05:46 and in Izyum at 12:00. 


Dnipro - Lviv


Train #79/80 will run from Dnipro on September 2, 4, 5, 5, 7, 7, 9, 11, 12, 14, 16, 18, 19, 21, 23, 25, 26, 28, September 30 at 22:15, arriving in Kiev at 5:49 and in Lviv at 13:40.


In the opposite direction, from Lviv, the train will depart on September 3, 5, 6, 6, 8, 10, 12, 12, 13, 13, 15, 17, 19, 20, 22, 24, 26, 27, 29 and October 1 at 15:48, arriving in Kiev at 22:37 and in Dnipro at 06:49.
