The state app Diia will soon be expanded with new features. In particular, the app will offer the functions of buying and selling cars, compensation for war-damaged housing and other important issues.
This was announced at the Diia.Summit, which took place today, December 19, in Kyiv, by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov.
In addition, the launch of the exchange of housing certificates was announced during the presentation.
Here's what it means and what services will be available in 2024.
What new services will be launched in Diia?
It is noted that the process of buying and selling cars is becoming even more convenient thanks to a new feature that will be available in the Diia app starting December 20.
Thanks to this innovative service, Ukrainians will be able to receive a new technical passport and license plates by mail in just 15 minutes.
The eRestoration program has also added an online service for the exchange of housing certificates, which are allocated as compensation for war-damaged housing.
"The service we are launching now is the exchange of a certificate from Diia for housing. Now it will start working online. This week is the starting week, and then the service will be scaled up," the President said.
The full list of digital changes presented at DiiA Summit 2023 is as follows:
- Car re-registration: the ability to buy and sell cars through the app.
- Automated service for making changes for individual entrepreneurs without the participation of a registrar.
- Beta testing of the eEntrepreneur service: obtaining several business services with one application.
- Services for seafarers: digitalization of documents without the need for travel and time.
- Inclusive, clear and modern design of the application.
In addition, the Diia team plans to release the Diia.Office platform for civil servants and the Mriya educational app in 2024.
