Since the beginning of the full-scale war, the Ukrainian defence industry has grown significantly in terms of creating the latest technologies to repel russian aggression. Today, the Ukrainian army is using the smartest artificial intelligence drones to damage the russian oil industry, whose profits allow the putin regime to continue its war against Ukraine.

CNN reports that the Ukrainian army has begun using artificial intelligence drones.

Analysts note that Kyiv's attacks on russia's oil and gas industry far from the border have been made possible by the use of drones with longer ranges and more advanced capabilities, some of which have even begun to integrate a basic form of artificial intelligence to help them navigate and avoid obstacles.

"Accuracy in the face of obstacles is ensured through the use of artificial intelligence. Each aircraft has a terminal computer with satellites and terrain data," explained a source close to the drone programme. "Flights are determined in advance with our allies, and the planes follow the flight plan so that we can hit targets with an accuracy of several metres."

The Ukrainian-made drones are equipped with sensors that allow them to strike very accurately. It is noted that the potential of such technologies has not yet been fully unlocked.

Drone attack on Tatarstan

One of the most recent examples of Ukrainian drones being used against russian industry was the attack on Tatarstan on the night of 2 April, when drones allegedly travelled over 1,000 kilometres to hit a russian kamikaze drone factory.

As explained by military observer Mikhail Zhirokhov on Radio Liberty, the attack on Tatarstan was carried out using Ukrainian kamikaze drones, which were among the last to be adopted by russia.

He noted that back in January and February, Ukrainian drones were striking the Leningrad region, and today they are reaching Tatarstan.

"This is a normal situation now. The problem is in the scale and the kind of combat unit the drone carries. Yes, russian air defence is quite good, but drones are breaking through. And I think there will be more and more of these strikes over time," he said.

We remid you! The situation in russia has recently deteriorated significantly. Air strikes are regularly carried out on the country's territory, and ground volunteer units have engaged the russian army in the border regions. Read more about this here.
