How to check the Green Card insurance policy through MTIBU? Instructions
A Green Card is an international compulsory insurance for traveling abroad by car, which works on the principle of a motor citizen. Find out how to check the validity of the insurance policy and its validity period through the MTIBU Centralized Database
When applying for a Green Card insurance policy, drivers often face the question of how to check the validity of the certificate. Most often, this need arises because, according to the rules, the insurance policy cannot start on the current date, but only comes into effect the next day. In order to avoid problems when crossing the border, we recommend that you check the insurance in advance to make sure that the data provided is correct and that the policy is valid. Below we provide detailed instructions on how to do this through the MTIBU Centralized Database.
What insurance data can be checked through MTIBU?
1. Whether the contract of international compulsory motor third party liability insurance is valid as of a certain date.
2. Current information about the insurer that issued the policy for the vehicle.
To carry out such a check, the driver must have the number of the policy form and its series, or data on the vehicle (license plate number or VIN code).

How to check the validity of the Green Card?
1. Go to the MTIBU website and open the “Centralized Database” section, here you can create a request for verification.
2. In the search criteria, select “Green Card” to check the insurance according to the certificate form, or “State Vehicle Number” to check the insurance according to the car data.
3. Enter the data according to the selected criterion (certificate series or license plate)
4. Select the date on which you want to check.
Depending on the site load, the check may take several minutes.
The system may display several results:
➤ valid - this means that the insurance is valid as of the date you selected;
➤ invalid - this means that the insurance is expired on the date you selected;
➤ concluded, but not valid - means that the insurance has not yet started on the selected date (for example, if you have taken out insurance “today” with the effective date “tomorrow”);
➤ not found - try to repeat the request, carefully checking all the data for mistakes, if the information is correct, but the system does not find your policy, contact the insurer with whom you have concluded the contract (contact details are indicated in your insurance policy).

The simultaneous stay of visitors in the hotel lobby not more than one person per 10 square meters of serviceable area is allowed.
Persons can visit hotels and stay there (outside hotel room) only if they wear respirator or face mask (including homemade mask), so that the nose and mouth are covered.
