Apartment rents in Kyiv have fallen. Over the past six months, it has fallen by more than UAH 2,600, reaching the level of UAH 15,000. This is reported by M2bomber. 


It is noted that currently the cost of renting apartments in different districts of Kyiv ranges from UAH 13,000 to 27,950.


We are going to tell you about the prices for renting apartments in the capital and in which districts it is the most expensive and cheapest to live.


How much does it cost to rent an apartment in Kyiv: details


The gap between the most expensive and the cheapest districts is UAH 14,950, which is approximately equal to the cost of an apartment in the cheapest district.


The cheapest districts


The lowest prices are recorded in Desnianskyi and Sviatoshynskyi districts - an average of UAH 13,000. In addition, in:


• Holosiivskyi - UAH 13,500;

• Dniprovskyi and Obolonskyi - UAH 14,000;

• Solominskyi district - UAH 15,000;

• Darnytskyi - UAH 16,000;

• Podilskyi - UAH 16,375.

Where is the most expensive place to rent an apartment?


The most expensive rental rates were recorded in Shevchenkivskyi district - an average of UAH 27,950, and in Pecherskyi district - UAH 25,881.


As for renting 1-room apartments, according to analytical data, the most common prices fluctuate around UAH 13,800, which is 11.4% of the total number of offers. There are also prices:


• UAH 12,000 - 9.7%;

• UAH 7,800, 9,000 - 6.9%.
