On July 4, beta testing of electronic reservation through Diia began. The test will last for several weeks, after which the online service is expected to be released, said Mykhailo Fedorov, head of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, at the IT Ukraine Association meeting in Kyiv. Reservation through Diia: what do we know?

According to Fedorov, beta testing through the Diia portal is going well. "Employees will be able to update their data in a few clicks, and this will be considered a military record document. Company managers will be able to select employees and reserve them. There will be no need to go anywhere," the minister said.

When can a company be recognized as critical?

The procedure for determining the status of an enterprise as a critical one, as well as the reservation of its employees, is based on Resolution No. 76 "Some Issues of Implementation of the Provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Mobilization Preparation and Mobilization" on the Reservation of Persons Liable for Military Service for the Period of Mobilization and for Wartime".

Thus, in order to obtain the relevant status, a company must meet at least three criteria (amount of taxes, revenues, strategic importance, level of average salary, absence of debts, etc.)

At the same time, the Resolution provides for a simplified procedure for certain enterprises, namely the fuel and energy sector, building managers, media and international transportation.

How to reserve an employee through Diia?

The online reservation algorithm is as follows:

1. Entering information about the company: Companies submit information about themselves through the Diia portal.

2. Verification by the Ministry of Economy: The Ministry of Economy verifies the information and compiles the Unified List.

3. Submission of the list of employees liable for military service: The company submits the list of citizens to be reserved online through the Diia portal.

4. Automatic data reconciliation: Data on persons liable for military service are automatically reconciled.

5. Provision of reservations: If the data matches, the reservation is granted automatically.

6. Generating an extract: The Diia portal generates an extract of the reservation.
