How to receive financial assistance for Ukrainians from the Red Cross?

The Ukrainian Red Cross Society (hereinafter referred to as the Red Cross), the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) signed a tripartite Memorandum of Cooperation in April. The main purpose of the document is to provide protection and the necessary support to socially vulnerable persons who have suffered as a result of Russia's military aggression against Ukraine.
