Day 2: Lviv. Better to see once than hear 100 times

The tour and your acquaintance with Ukraine begins with a charming city with a living history - Lviv. We can talk endlessly about Lviv's architectural heritage, as well as about the modern Lviv culture, which surprises even those tourists who have seen many cities. Life in Lviv is in full swing at any time of the year, in any weather: hundreds of cafes, coffee shops, bakeries, pubs and other attractions are at every turn.

Among the atmospheric cobblestone streets, old buildings and hospitality of Lviv residents, breathing in the legendary aromas of Lviv coffee, you can feel the real vibe of this majestic city.

Visiting the Lviv City Hall, climbing the High Castle, strolling through Rynok Square, visiting a local coffee shop, and simply paying attention to the city's architectural gems is a must-do for almost every tourist in Lviv. Visit Ukraine is well aware of this, and offers guests of Lviv to make such a trip accompanied by a professional English-speaking guide.

The Open Lviv sightseeing tour will also reveal the national Ukrainian cuisine and, in general, new formats and the unique culture of this city that attracts tourists from all over the world.

On the same day, tourists will travel by train to Kyiv, after which they will be transferred to the hotel and checked in for two days.

Earlier we wrote about the variety of tours in Lviv region

Day 3: Chornobyl and de-occupied cities of Kyiv region. Places of the Russian offensive in 2022

The third day is devoted to visiting the Chornobyl area, where one of the worst phases of the war in Ukraine began.

After a night at the hotel, tourists are scheduled to visit the de-occupied cities of the Kyiv region. This is a unique opportunity to see with your own eyes the cities that are reviving after the horrors of war: Bucha, Irpin, Gostomel and Borodyanka. These cities have suffered incredible losses that will remain scarred on their streets for a long time, but they have retained their strength of spirit! Here, tourists will be able to hear the stories of local residents who survived the events of the occupation, as well as learn how communities are uniting in their efforts to restore life in these cities. Impressive moments and emotions will make this an unforgettable day in your trip.

You will see the places where Russian troops were defeated and learn how Ukrainian defenders stopped the enemy in this strategically important area. Although you will not visit the Chornobyl exclusion zone, the direction of the military operations still emphasizes the importance of this region, both for the disclosure of Ukraine to tourists and for the further course of the war. After an emotionally charged tour, you will return to Kyiv to continue exploring this hero city.

Please note. This tour is completely safe. All routes have been checked and approved by the city administrations.

Day 4: Kyiv unconquered - the route of the unbreakable

The fourth day of the tour is dedicated to the capital of Ukraine - Kyiv, where past and present, majestic history and difficult present meet, where the invincibility of the people and this city is in the air, creating an atmosphere of invincibility. Once in Kyiv, you will immediately notice the frantic pace of life in the capital, which works and ensures the steadfastness of the whole of Ukraine.

The Unconquered Kyiv tour will take you through places and locations that remind you of the strength and indestructibility of the Ukrainian capital, which was able to repel the enemy in early 2022. Also, the route in Kyiv is full of monuments of national history and architecture, which will leave a lasting impression of the Ukrainian capital.

Days 4-5. Odesa is not about a city, but about a way of life

On the same day, tourists will travel by train from Kyiv to Odesa. This Ukrainian pearl on the Black Sea shore, in addition to the resort mood, can also give tourists an impression of its history, architecture, exquisite Black Sea cuisine and, most importantly, the unique cultural characteristics of Odesa residents. After all, their cheerfulness and special attitude to life, even in Ukraine's time of need, have long been known throughout the world.

In Odesa, you can stroll along Primorsky Boulevard, visit the famous Opera House and, of course, enjoy the seascapes.

The tour ends with the evening train Odesa-Lviv, where tourists will be able to enjoy the amazing scenery of Ukraine. From Lviv, tourists will be transferred to Krakow, completing your unforgettable trip to Ukraine.

This tour is more than just a trip. It's an opportunity to see firsthand the strength and determination of Ukraine, to experience its cultural richness and to touch its history. Don't miss the opportunity to discover Ukraine in a new light with Visit Ukraine!
