In today's world, it is important to promptly obtain documents confirming legally significant facts. In Ukraine, this task can be successfully completed without leaving home. It is convenient, fast, and in most cases inexpensive. With reference to finance.ua, we tell you what statements you can get through Diia, as well as how much each of them costs.
STATEMENTS THAT CAN BE OBTAINED ONLINE
Birth certificate
This document confirms the state registration of birth.
The cost of the service: 73 UAH.
You can get an extract by mail or at the Civil Registry Office (the applicant chooses the method when submitting an application through Diia).
Statement of residence
It confirms the current or previous place of residence of the applicant or his/her child.
Service fee: free of charge.
The extract can be downloaded in PDF format in the ‘Received documents’ section of your personal account on the Diia portal.
Extract on change of name
The document confirms the fact of state registration of a name change (for example, in case of a change of surname upon marriage).
Service fee: free of charge.
Methods of receipt: by post or at the Civil Registry Office, indicated when submitting the application.

Marriage certificate
This extract confirms the state registration of the marriage. It is issued by post or at the Civil Registry Office.
The cost of the service: 73 UAH.
Extract of divorce
The document confirms the fact of state registration of divorce. Available by mail or at the Civil Registry Office.
Fee for the service: 73 UAH.
Certificate of no criminal record
Contains information on criminal prosecution, absence (presence) of a criminal record or restrictions provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.
Service fee: free of charge.
You will receive the finished statement by e-mail within 10 business days (up to 30 days if additional verification is required). You can also download it in the ‘Received documents’ section of the Diia portal.
Death certificate
The document confirms the state registration of death.
Service fee: free of charge.
The extract can be ordered for delivery by mail or at the Civil Registry Office.
