Pensions abroad: how can refugees get money
Pensioners who left Ukraine because of the war can receive their pensions abroad. The Verkhovna Rada explained how to do it.
Those Ukrainians who received a pension on a bank card will not have any problems. While staying in another country, pensioners can receive accruals in banking institutions or pay directly by card.
A more complicated mechanism for receiving money is in place for those who used the services of Ukrposhta. In this case, it is necessary to change the method of receiving the pension. There is no need to go to the branch: you can open an account online. For example, PrivatBank gives the opportunity to do this through the official website or mobile application. Video identification of the client will take place during card issuance.
In addition to opening a bank account, a pensioner must submit an application for changing the method of receiving the pension through the web portal of the Pension Fund's electronic services.
The recipient should:
• sign in to your personal account using a qualified electronic signature (QES)
• in the "Pensioners" section, go to the "Amendment to the pension case" subsection, where you need to select the "Application for changing the method of pension payment" tab.
• fill in all mandatory fields and attach scanned copies of the following documents: passport, identification code, application with details from a banking institution - in case of switching to a bank. The application form must be signed using a qualified electronic signature (QES) and sent to the Pension Fund. The results of changing the payment method will be displayed in the personal account on the web portal of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the "My messages" tab.

The simultaneous stay of visitors in the hotel lobby not more than one person per 10 square meters of serviceable area is allowed.
