Visit Ukraine and Razom are 24/7 in touch with everyone in need

The first and only round-the-clock tourist hotline in the country Visit Ukraine continues to provide free consulting support to Ukrainians and foreigners with the support of Razom. Even in the darkest times, we continue to work for the victory and help everyone who needs it.
Since the beginning of the full-scale war in Ukraine, more than 1,000 calls have been received daily on the hotline. And more than 70 thousand readers of Visit Ukraine every day find answers to their questions on our website. Thanks to the support of Razom, the Visit Ukraine team stays in touch with three million users around the world around the clock. We were also able to provide targeted assistance to 116,975 people.
Visit Ukraine has been actively promoting Ukraine around the world for almost 2 years. And since February 24, we have turned from the main tourist portal into an information one. Our readers can get the necessary information about where and how to cross borders, where to find asylum, how to process documents, and where to seek help while abroad or in Ukraine.
We are read in three languages, people call us, write to us and wait for help 24/7. It is extremely important for us to continue not to leave each of the thousands of daily requests unanswered and to provide up-to-date and verified information. Thanks to the support of Visit Ukraine from Razom and the compensation of technical costs for the operation of the online help center and hotline, we can carry out our mission, as it was in peaceful times.
