Turkish Airlines will extend the validity of purchased tickets for Ukrainians and the period for exchange and return
The press service of Turkish Airlines informs that all flights from/to Ukraine have been canceled until August 31.
Passengers of the company who purchased tickets before or on February 24, 2022, for flights to/from Ukraine between February 24 - August 23, 2022 (inclusive) have additional rights to exchange and refund tickets, provided that the request for such a transaction is made or asked for before August 23, 2022 (inclusive):
1) Reservation and route changes will be free of charge when traveling in the same cabin class and region.
2) Regarding refunds:
- unused tickets can be refunded
- partially used tickets (tickets for unfinished trips) are refunded only for the unused segment of the route.
3) ticket validity extension: ticket validity can be extended until October 31, 2022 (inclusive) without any fees and penalties.
Changes to tickets or refunds can be made through the Turkish Airlines website, mobile application, sales office, call center or agencies through which the ticket was purchased.
The rules apply only to Turkish Airlines or AnadoluJet flights.
The simultaneous stay of visitors in the hotel lobby not more than one person per 10 square meters of serviceable area is allowed.
Persons can visit hotels and stay there (outside hotel room) only if they wear respirator or face mask (including homemade mask), so that the nose and mouth are covered.
Hotel guests are obliged to keep the 1.5 meters distance.
Online check-in making in advance is recommended to avoid queues at check-in to hotel.
Meals in hotels are provided through meals delivery service to rooms upon prior order or at hotel restaurants situated inside or in open areas, provided the distance of at least 1.5 meters between seats at adjacent tables.
Not more than 4 clients are allowed to stay at the table (excluding children under 14 years old). Unless these tables are separated by a special partition;
Self-serve is not allowed.
