The first and only round-the-clock tourist hotline in Ukraine Visit Ukraine, supported by Razom, has been providing free consultations to Ukrainians and foreigners for five months of the war. We are working to help and support everyone in need.
Since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, we have received more than 1,000 calls to our hotline every day. More than 70 thousand readers of Visit Ukraine find useful information on our website every day. Thanks to the support of Razom, the Visit Ukraine team can be in touch with three million users around the world around the clock. And already 132,274 people have received targeted assistance from us.
Visit Ukraine has been actively promoting Ukraine around the world for five years. But since the start of the full-scale war on February 24, we have become an information portal for everyone who is affected by trouble. Our readers receive important information about crossing borders, seeking asylum and assistance, processing documents abroad or in Ukraine, etc.
We are read in three languages, people call us, write to us and wait for help 24/7. It is very important for us to continue not to leave each of the thousands of daily requests unanswered and to provide up-to-date and verified information.
