Mandatory evacuation from the Donetsk region: where to contact

Mandatory evacuation from the Donetsk region has begun in Ukraine. As reported by the Ministry of Reintegration, logistics have already been developed.
Deputy Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk said that more than 50,000 children and 200,000 adults should leave the Donetsk region. Vereshchuk emphasized that people will not be forcibly evacuated. But citizens who refuse to evacuate take personal responsibility for the lives of themselves and their children.
The evacuation was announced due to constant shelling, damaged electricity, water, and gas supply lines, and the impossibility of starting the heating season.
Action algorithm for those who want to evacuate:
1. Leave a request on the Donetsk Military and Civil Administration hotline (0 800 408 911) or use the chatbot (@Evacuation2022_bot).
2. They come to your home, help you pack, and get to the evacuation assembly point.
3. Moving by bus or train to safer regions.
4. During the trip, they will help you to issue an IDP certificate.
5. Upon arrival, you will be met, given the first financial assistance from the state, if possible, food packages and additional payments from international organizations.

Every day at 16:30 there is a free evacuation train from Pokrovsk to Lviv. It runs through Dnipro and Kropyvnytskyi to Lviv.

The simultaneous stay of visitors in the hotel lobby not more than one person per 10 square meters of serviceable area is allowed.
