New fees for Ukrainian consular services in Poland effective May 18, 2026: complete price list

Starting May 18, 2026, updated consular fee rates are in effect at the Embassy and Consulates of Ukraine in Poland. Find out how much passport services, notarization, and marriage registration now cost, and who is exempt from payment

As of May 18, 2026, updated consular fee rates have taken effect for Ukrainians in Poland. The changes apply to the Ukrainian Embassy and consulates in Poland and cover a wide range of services — from passport issuance to notarial services. This is reported on the official website of the Ukrainian Embassy in Poland.

Passport Services: New Prices


The most in-demand category is passport processing. New rates:

● International passport for individuals aged 16 and older — 326 PLN / $90

● Automated data processing for a foreign passport, including for children under 16 — 145 PLN / $40

● Identity card for return to Ukraine — 109 PLN / $30

● Consular registration — 72 PLN / $20


Permanent residence, immigration, and citizenship: processing fees


For those planning to move abroad for permanent residence or resolving citizenship issues, the fees have also been updated:

● Processing documents for permanent residence — 724 PLN / $200

● Processing of documents for an immigration permit — 1,448 PLN / $400

● Procedure for renouncing Ukrainian citizenship — 1,086 PLN / $300

● Certificate of possession or lack of Ukrainian citizenship — 72 PLN / $20

Notary services and civil status records

● State registration of marriage — 362 PLN / $100

● Divorce by mutual consent without minor children — 543 PLN / $150

● Name change — 362 PLN / $100

● Standard power of attorney — 109 PLN / $30

● Certification of copies of documents and extracts therefrom — 36 PLN / $10 per page

● Certification of translation — 145 PLN / $40 per page

● Signature certification — 72 PLN / $20


Who is exempt from consular fees?


Certain categories of citizens may be fully exempt from paying consular fees. These include:

● children under 16 years of age when applying for a foreign passport;

● persons with disabilities of Groups I and II;

● children with disabilities and their legal guardians;

● orphans and children deprived of parental care;

● victims of the Chernobyl disaster in categories 1 and 2.
