Pensions and financial assistance in the de-occupied territories. How to get?

The Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine responded to a request regarding methods of obtaining pensions and cash assistance in the de-occupied territories.
Owners of pension bank cards continue to receive income on their accounts. In the temporary absence of working ATMs or bank branches in the de-occupied territories, cash can be obtained by withdrawing it at the cash registers of supermarkets, pharmacies or gas stations at the time of purchase.
The list of retail networks in which such an operation can be carried out is below:
Supermarkets: ATB, Varus, Fora, Sim23, Silpo, Aurora
Gas stations: AZK, OKKO, WOG.
And other networks.
The availability of such an opportunity should be clarified directly at the cash desk of the outlet.
How to withdraw cash?
• Choose a product to buy at the point of sale and go to the checkout
• Choose a non-cash payment method (with your card)
• Tell the cashier that you want to withdraw a certain amount of cash from the card
• After entering the PIN code, you receive cash at the cash register
The services of JSC "Ukrposhta" also allow you to receive cash directly at the branch or through the postman at your address ("From card to home" service).
You can withdraw money in the branch using POS terminals (from 50 to 15,000 UAH for 1 operation).
Receiving money through the postman is carried out according to the passport within 2 working days.
The addresses of JSC "Ukrposhta" branches with POS terminals can be found here.
We will remind you! Earlier, the Ministry of Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories shared an algorithm of actions for Ukrainians freed by our defenders from the Russian occupation. You can learn more about how to behave at the link.
