The National Psychological Association launches a free psychological hotline for Ukrainians affected by the war. Find out more about the toll-free contacts and numbers in Ukraine and around the world
Last year, the National Psychological Association of Ukraine, with the support of the UN, the EU, and the governments of Denmark and Canada, launched a free support line. Anyone affected by the hostilities can call the line.
The initiative involves specialists of various specializations to help Ukrainians solve a wide range of problems. All the psychologists have undergone special training, provide counseling according to international standards and adhere to ethical standards.
How to call the hotline?
Call 0 800 100 102, which is available daily from 10:00 to 20:00. All calls are free of charge. If you are abroad, you need to call other numbers. Check the list below:

How does the consultation work?
The hotline administrator will accept your request, determine a convenient format and time, and direct you to a free psychologist. You will be offered audio or video sessions lasting up to 50 minutes.
In case of crisis, specialists will provide emergency advice or refer you to other specialists. Psychologists find an individual approach to everyone, as the main goal of the initiative is to support Ukrainians in the most difficult moments of their lives.
