The "Kyiv Digital" application is a reliable assistant for residents of the capital, which allows you to quickly purchase a ticket for city transport, find the nearest bus stop or the address of a car parking lot. In addition, it notifies about the blocking of traffic on the road, air alarm, lack of electricity or water at the specified address. It is also possible to sign a petition and vote for the renaming of a street, square or metro station at "Kyiv Digital".

Installation and registration of the Kyiv Digital application
Step 1 – download the app to your smartphone
Find the "Kyiv Digital" application in Google Play or the App Store and download it to your smartphone.
Step 2 – go through the registration procedure
Enter your mobile phone number in the appropriate field.
Step 3 – Get and enter the verification code
An SMS with a confirmation code will be sent to the specified number, enter it in the appropriate field to complete the registration procedure.
Everything is ready! The advantages of "Kyiv Digital" are already in your smartphone.
● "Kyiv Digital" application for foreigners (English version)
The "Kyiv Digital" mobile application also has an English-language version of Kyiv Digital for foreign users.
Its main difference is that registration is available from a foreign phone number (except for Russian ones). Also, notifications about alarms, strikes and curfews will come in English. Details at the link.

Services and functions of the Kyiv Digital application
The Kyiv Digital application includes many functions for Kyiv residents and guests of the capital:
- "Traffic" - a map of public transport routes with a map of stops.
- "Hourly parking" - a service that will help you find a place and pay for parking.
- "Fines" - track messages about the need to pay a fine for traffic violations.
- "Parking tickets".
- "Map of shelters" - up-to-date data on safe places, as well as heating points in case of a long-term absence of light.

● How to buy a travel ticket for all types of transport in the Kyiv Digital application?
The service of buying a virtual travel ticket became available only in June 2023. To purchase, you need:
1. Open the "Transport maps" section in the application.
2. Find the "Digital map" block.
3. Press the "Buy" button.
4. Pay for the purchase of an electronic travel document using a bank card. The cost of the "Kyiv Digital" virtual card is 40 hryvnias.
5. After payment, the travel ticket will be automatically linked to your electronic wallet.
6. You can top up the virtual card through the application.
You can also purchase a physical "Kyiv Digital" plastic card through the "E-ticket" terminal and at cash desks at metro stations. Its cost is 50 hryvnias.
To link the transport card to the application, you need to scan the QR code on the back or enter its number and PIN. You can top up the "Kyiv Digital" physical card using the application.
● Which types of public transport accept e-tickets?
The universal e-ticket is valid within the capital, it is accepted in: buses, trolleybuses, trams, on the funicular, in the metro and the city train.
To pay for a subway ride, you need to create a QR-ticket, scan it through the turnstile, and the trip will be debited from the virtual transport card.
● How to pay for travel with a "Kyiv Digital" card or a QR-ticket?
1. To pay the fare, present a plastic card or smartphone to the validator.
2. After reading the ticket, the device will debit the fare from the account.
3. The balance and the number of remaining trips can be easily tracked in the application.
