Millions of tourists and fans will soon be travelling to Germany to attend one of the most popular events in football Europe - Euro 2024. This tournament will be hosted by ten cities that are packed with culture and diversity. Find out what these cities are unique, what attractions they offer and what you need to know about Germany in general

The 2024 European Football Championship, known as Euro 2024, will be held in Germany. This grand tournament, which starts on 14 June, attracts millions of fans from all over the world and is a great opportunity for travellers to get to know the host cities. We're going to tell you about each of these cities and offer you interesting places to visit.


Before we talk about the cities, we would like to remind you that Germany has been preparing for this event very carefully in terms of security. The European Championship will be held in ten German cities - Berlin, Hamburg, Gelsenkirchen, Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Leipzig, Munich, Frankfurt and Stuttgart.


BERLIN


After the reunification of Germany in 1990, Berlin became the capital once again. This city is one of the global centres of culture, sport, fashion, architecture and nightlife.

LEIPZIG


Leipzig is a significant cultural and historical centre of Germany. Johann Sebastian Bach once lived in this city, and the peaceful demonstrations that took place in Leipzig at the end of 1989 played an important role in the unification of Germany.
