The booking procedure for mobilisation in Ukraine has been simplified. No need to wait 72 hours

The Cabinet of Ministers has allowed businesses to rebook employees without having to wait 72 hours. Find out where and how to make a reservation without delay
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has simplified the procedure for reserving employees from mobilisation. Businesses can now rebook employees through the Diia portal without having to wait 72 hours. This innovation was made possible by a decision taken at a government meeting on 14 January.
What has changed?
According to the resolution, starting from 22 January and until 1 March, businesses that have updated their status as critical enterprises will be able to book employees in real time. The new procedure eliminates the need to wait for a 72-hour pause between the end of the previous booking period and the start of the new one.
As explained by the Ministry of Economy, this decision is aimed at eliminating the difficulties associated with the time gap between booking periods, which previously caused inconvenience to businesses.

How to rebook employees?
To use the simplified procedure, you need to:
1. Confirm the company's status as a critical business in accordance with the new criteria.
2. Cancel the employee's existing booking.
3. Apply for a new booking through the Diia portal without waiting 72 hours.
These measures will speed up the process of booking employees and minimise risks for businesses.
Additional changes
Following the cyber-attack on the Ministry of Justice registers, the government automatically extended existing bookings for one month, but no longer than until 25 February.
In addition, state-owned and municipally owned healthcare facilities can now book 100% of their employees, up from 50% previously. This applies to public healthcare facilities, forensic medical examination, forensic psychiatric examination and blood centres.
We remind you! Earlier, Ukrainians who were booked for mobilisation on 19 December were automatically extended for a month.
