During the
excursion, you will learn a lot of interesting facts and legends, we will walk
along the unforgettable hanging bridge through the Smotrytsky Canyon, visit the
churches of St. Trinity and St. Peter and Paul, Peter and Paul cathedral,
Dominican and Trinitarian churches.
We will
visit the Armenian quarter (the bishop's palace, the Armenian bell tower, the
oldest stone church of St. Nicholas), we will see the former Orthodox seminary,
the house of the Russian magistrate, and streets with unique historical
buildings.
An amazing
panorama of the city's defence structures, the city's only wooden church, the
Russian and Polish filvarkas, and the Old and New Fortresses will open on the
Armenian bastion.
It is in
Kamianets-Podilskyi that there is a world-unique symbol of the combination of
two religions - the Mother of God on the Muslim minaret, the oldest Town Hall
in Ukraine and the Castle (Turkish) bridge, 154 architectural monuments on 121
hectares. This city is a flower on a stone peninsula, where different cultures
and nationalities coexisted harmoniously for centuries, where you can remember
your most cherished desire.
