Issuance of IDP benefits for a newborn child: how to get help for IDPs parents
Internally displaced persons (IDPs) who moved after February 24, 2022, from a settlement in the area of military (combat) operations, occupation, encirclement and issued an IDP certificate, have the full right to issue the same certificate for their newborn babies.
As the Ministry of Reintegration explains, on the basis of the IDP certificate of the parents, it is necessary to submit an application for the payment of housing allowance for a newborn child.
What amount of cash assistance is paid to a newborn child?
The amount of financial assistance per child is UAH 3,000 per month.
Benefits are provided regardless of whether adult family members are employed or whether the family has any income, deposits, movable or immovable property.
