How to return to Ukraine from Britain and close all payments: instructions for Ukrainians

More and more Ukrainians who have found refuge in European countries are interested in the rules of departure and the termination of all payments. Great Britain was no exception, so we tell you how to complete all business in Great Britain and leave the country.
If you want to leave the UK permanently or take an extended trip abroad (over 28 days), you must do the following:
1. Close Universal Credit - universal assistance for Ukrainians
Write to the relevant institution that you are leaving the country for a certain period of time and ask to suspend payments, or tell your work coach about this during the interview.
Remember that you need to suspend the payment in time. Otherwise, you will be charged money and asked to return it. If you are traveling outside the UK for more than a month, you will not be able to receive this payment.
2. Close the Child Benefit payment. You can do this:
• Online - if you have a British driver's license;
• by phone 0300 200 3100 or +44 161 210 3086;
• by letter to HM Revenue and Customs - Child Benefit Office, PO Box 1, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE88 1AA, United Kingdom.
3. Stop being self-employed
If you are self-employed and have a UTR number, contact HMRC and inform them that you have stopped working.
It should be noted that when traveling abroad, you still need to fill out a tax return after the end of the tax year.
5. Quit your job
After the end of the employment relationship, be sure to receive a settlement sheet and form P60, which indicates what taxes you paid. If you paid them on time, the amount will be returned to you after the end of the tax year. You will receive a letter with information to the address registered in the tax office.

The simultaneous stay of visitors in the hotel lobby not more than one person per 10 square meters of serviceable area is allowed.
Persons can visit hotels and stay there (outside hotel room) only if they wear respirator or face mask (including homemade mask), so that the nose and mouth are covered.
