- A cruise missile was fired at the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, half of the building was destroyed, seven people were killed. According to head of the regional state administration Vitaly Kim, the strike on the regional command post is revenge for russia's unsuccessful attempt to capture Mykolaiv;

- Negotiations have been held in Istanbul. Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan spoke at the opening, calling on the parties to a truce. Key issues for discussion: international security guarantees for Ukraine, a humanitarian solution and a ceasefire. According to head of the Ukrainian delegation, David Arakhamia, the parties did not sign anything, the representatives of Ukraine conveyed their positions. In particular, Ukraine requires the conclusion of an agreement with security guarantees from international partners with a mandatory referendum for its implementation. According to the Ukrainian delegation, the referendum will not be held until the full withdrawal of Russian troops and the return of all Ukrainians held hostage in Russia;

- British intelligence and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine report a partial transfer of Russian troops from the Kyiv and Chernihiv directions to the east of Ukraine, at the same time, a new offensive of the invaders is being prepared in the south;

- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine stated that the drifting mines, which were recently revealed on the coast of Turkey and Romania, did not stand on the guise of the Naval Forces of Ukraine as of beginning of 2022. Rather, identification showed that the mines were captured by russia in 2014 from the military warehouses in Sevastopol. In this regard, russia resorts to provocations and discreditation of Ukraine before international partners.
