HELP

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine together with the Institute of Cognitive Modeling and the Romanuke team created the UA HELP website, thanks to which Ukrainian citizens who were forced or are still planning to leave for Poland can get all necessary information about departure, documents and free assistance. The telegram bot UAHelpBot also started working.

💻 Website: https://uahelp.today/

📲 Chat bot (Telegram): https://t.me/ua_helpbot

Thanks to the new site and chatbot, citizens of Ukraine will be able to find relevant information on:

🔸 conditions for crossing the border for adults and children

🔸 conditions of stay in Poland

🔸 obtaining documents and relevant status - refugee or temporary protection

The site will help:

🔸 find a job

🔸 get clarification on medical and financial assistance

🔸 find a kindergarten and school for children

On the website and in the chatbot you can also find all the necessary contacts of hotlines, help centers and foundations that provide support to Ukrainians in Poland.
