Where can I get a border crossing certificate in Poland?

Help our volunteers who support Ukraine and all foreigners in the country 24/7
HELP

From April 20, Ukrainians who do not have a stamp in their passport with the date of crossing the Polish border can get the relevant certificates at railway stations. This applies to persons who entered Poland under a domestic passport.

Now the Border Guard Service will not issue a document certifying the date of entry into Poland, but it can be obtained at railway stations. Employees of information and PESEL issuing points will be able to check the date of crossing the border in the database of the Polish Border Guard Service.

You can get a certificate of crossing the Polish border in the following cities:

• Warsaw (Hotline 987) - Eastern Railway Station: ul. Kijowska 20 and Western Railway Station: Al. Jerozolimskiie 142, passenger service point

• Krakow - Central Railway Station, point at the entrance to the platform (tel. +48 12 210 2020)
