How much do judges and ministers earn in Ukraine? The Ministry of Finance has published a dashboard of salaries in state bodies
The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine has developed an analytical tool (dashboard) on salaries and the number of employees in state bodies. Find out how much civil servants will earn and what else the Ministry of Finance proposes to ensure the efficient use of state budget funds
The Ministry of Finance has developed and published an analytical tool (dashboard) on the remuneration and number of employees of state bodies, local state administrations and the judiciary in January 2024. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Finance. First of all, this step was taken as part of the reform of the civil servants' remuneration system, which aims to increase the predictability, transparency and fairness of wages and improve the efficiency of management in the public sector.
Thus, according to Deputy Minister of Finance Roman Yermolychev, this tool will help to track the state's expenditures on salaries of public employees. This will ultimately allow "to ensure the efficient use of state budget funds, to make the remuneration of civil servants more transparent and fair, to mitigate the tendency of turnover and outflow of civil servants and to strengthen the role of the state as an employer," he said.
