The customs office has introduced a new feature for citizens - the ability to file express parcel declarations via smartphone. Now, with a few clicks, you can declare parcels worth up to EUR 10,000 and pay customs duties.
According to the State Customs Service, several service options have been introduced to facilitate this process:
• Automatic filling in of most of the declaration columns;
• Machine translation of product names and other information into Ukrainian;
• Automatic selection of the product code according to the Ukrainian Classification of Goods for • Foreign Economic Activity in many cases;
• Automatic calculation of taxes;
• Auto-completion of missing details based on previous use of the service.
The service is available on the website.

You can use QES or Diia.Signature to sign the declaration.
If the value of goods exceeds 150 euros and they are subject to taxation, users are provided with a QR code. By scanning this code with a mobile phone, you can instantly pay customs duties through a banking application.
"By clicking on this QR code or pointing a mobile phone camera at it, you can pay the accrued customs duties from your banking application in a matter of seconds," the Customs explained.
The ability to track the status of shipment clearance and check the payment of customs duties is available online through the personal account.
Additionally, traditional methods of clearance remain available: through an express carrier, customs broker, or submitting a paper declaration in person or through an authorized person at the customs clearance department.
We remind you! The situation on the western borders of Ukraine remains extremely tense, and therefore, both the Ukrainian authorities and private carriers continue to build new logistics routes for the import and export of goods.
