The Consulate of Ukraine in Gdansk resumed accepting documents for the issuance of international passports

The Consulate of Ukraine in Gdansk announces the resumption of documents acceptance for the issuance of foreign passports. The terms of production and delivery of passports to the Consulate (three months without delivery) during martial law in Ukraine may be extended.


The cost of a passport for children under 16 is 166 Polish zlotys, the cost of a passport for a person over 16 is 539 Polish zlotys. The consent of both parents is required to issue a passport for a child under 16 years of age.

📌 Acceptance of documents for passports is carried out exclusively by prior electronic record (one record - one person) at the link: https://cutt.ly/AHv2wE1.


In parallel, you can on a first come, first served basis:

- have data about the child entered into your passport

- have the validity of the passport extended

- get a certificate of identity
