Gradual transition to the new website
Ukrzaliznytsia also announced that it is gradually transferring ticket sales to the new website, so international tickets on the old website will no longer be available.
These changes are aimed at reducing peak loads on the systems, which will make it easier and faster to use the mobile app and website. Thus, Ukrzaliznytsia aims to improve the service for its customers by ensuring the stability of the system during ticket sales.
