Technical characteristics of the Kaunas ferry
High seaworthiness of the vessel and its impressive size (length - more than 190 meters, width - 28 meters) allow minimizing pitching even in stormy conditions. The two cargo decks can simultaneously accommodate 49 universal railroad cars and 50 TIR heavy trucks. This makes the Kaunas ferry not only convenient for passengers, but also an important vehicle for cargo transportation.
