Donetsk region has decided to introduce temporary restrictions on the movement of vehicles and people. In particular, it concerns representatives of public, charitable and humanitarian organisations and their vehicles.
What areas are affected by the restrictions?
According to the head of Donetsk Regional State Administration Vadym Filashkin, these are the settlements where active hostilities are taking place in Donetsk region, in particular, the restrictions apply to the settlements of the following communities: Velykonovosilkivska, Vuhledarska, Hrodivska, Zvanivska, Illinivska, Kostiantynivska, Kurakhivska, Lymanska, Maryinska, Mykolayivska, Myrnohradska, Novohrodivska, Ocheretynska, Pokrovska, Selidivska, Siverska, Soledarska, Toretska and Chasovoyarska communities of Donetsk Oblast.
‘In order to move and work in these communities, NGOs now need to apply in writing to the relevant military administration of the settlement,’ he said.
If the security situation allows them to stay in the areas without risking their lives, the military administration must provide written permission to stay in the community.

To move and work in these communities, NGOs now need to apply in writing to the relevant military administration of the settlement.
