On February 18, the first phase of the new E-recording system was launched at 53 service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA). On the first day of the system's operation, 39 citizens registered to receive services, and the largest number of registrations were made for a practical test to obtain a driver's license.

The system is designed to make the registration process more transparent, automated and protected from external interference. It generates registration slots three weeks in advance. For example, on February 18, the registration for March 11 was opened, and new slots for the next date are added daily.

What services are available through E-registration?

Pre-registration is possible for the following services:

• passing a theoretical exam;

• passing the practical exam;

• registration actions with vehicles;

• exchange of a driving license or obtaining an international driving license.

Transition period

During the transitional period, which will last until March 11, two registration systems will be in place - the old and the new. To receive services before March 11, you need to register in the old system, and to receive services after that date - in the new system.

Restrictions and cancellation of registration

Each citizen can sign up for a service no more than 4 times a month. For legal entities, the limit is 4 entries per day.

If the user cannot come at the appointed time, they must cancel their appointment no later than 2 hours before the appointed time. In case of four absences without cancelation, the user will be blocked from the system.

How does the system work during an air raid?

In the event of an air raid alarm, the provision of services is automatically suspended. After the alarm is over, the service resumes from the record where it left off.

The new system is designed to greatly simplify pre-registration, eliminate automated capture of coupons by bots, and make the process more transparent for all customers.

Please note! If you are planning to register a vehicle or obtain a driver's license, take care of insurance in advance. On the Visit Ukraine website, you can quickly and conveniently apply for a car insurance policy that meets all the requirements of Ukrainian legislation. Protect yourself and your car today!
