Ministry of Education and Science launched a chatbot for applicants

On July 18, a chatbot for applicants was launched on the website of the Ministry of Education and Science. Here you can get answers to questions about admission to institutions of vocational pre-higher and higher education.
To use the chatbot, you need to click the "Ask a question" button - consultants will promptly provide answers. The service will operate from Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 17:00 and on Friday from 09:00 to 16:00.
The Ministry of Education and Culture notes that in case of settings for automatic translation of page content from Ukrainian to any other language, the chat will also be displayed in the selected language. To switch to Ukrainian, it is necessary to turn off the automatic translation of pages in the browser settings or change the corresponding parameters.
Also, for advice on admission 2022, applicants can contact the free hotline of the Ministry of Education and Culture regarding the admission campaign.
