TripAdvisor, the world's largest travel platform, has named its top travel destinations for 2022.

1. Mallorca.

One of the Balearic Islands, located in the Mediterranean Sea, belongs to Spain. A fabulous island where there is absolutely everything for every taste: mountains and picturesque bays, kilometer-long beaches of the purest milky white sand, piercing azure of the sky and sea, almond and olive groves, orchards – here at every step you want to stop and admire the beauty. The tourist season in Mallorca starts at the end of April and basically ends in October.

2. Cairo, Egypt.

The Egyptian Museum is stunning with a unique collection, Islamic architecture is an incredible pleasure, and a street cult charges you with cool emotions. The best time to visit Egypt is autumn and spring, while excursions to Cairo are best done in winter, when it is not so hot and stuffy.

3. Rhodes, Greece.

The perfect place for solitude with nature has been found! Rhodes is not only the largest, but also the most popular of the twelve Dodecanese islands in the eastern Aegean. High-rise hotels, small villages and resorts, beaches, bars, or ancient sites – entertainment for all tastes. It is also famous for its historical, architectural and natural treasures. The best time to visit Rhodes is from late May to September.

4. Tulum, Mexico

Tulum is an amazing place on the east coast of Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula. In addition to the Cote d'Azur and beautiful hotels, here you can enjoy El Castillo, the Temple of the Frescoes and the Temple of the Descending God, see the underground river under the canopy of stalactites in the sacred caves of the LabnaHa Ecopark or go snorkeling in the caves in the middle of the forest. The holiday season in Tulum lasts all 12 months, but the period from February to May is considered the most comfortable.

5. Dubrovnik, Croatia

The oldest city in Croatia and the most expensive resort on the entire coast. This is a real monument of architecture in the open air. This unique city concentrates the best that the Balkan country is proud of: luxurious architecture, dizzying landscapes, well-groomed beaches, cozy restaurants. And the pedestrian Old Town is especially charming! The tourist season lasts here from mid-April to October.

6. Ibiza, Spain

Ibiza boasts over 100 miles of coastline with 50 beaches as well as plenty of restaurants, bars and water sports and of course clubs. Usually the tourist season in Ibiza starts in May and lasts until the end of October.

7. Natal, Brazil

Natal is an exotic city of sun and luxurious beaches with golden dunes, coral reefs and crystal clear ocean waters. It also has the cleanest air on the continent. Fairy tale, isn't it? You can go here all year round, but in Brazil there is the so-called rainy season, which lasts from January to March.

8. Arusha, Tanzania

All of us have dreamed of an African adventure at some point in our childhood. It's time to fulfill your childhood dreams. This Tanzanian city makes a great base for Mount Kilimanjaro climbers and safari enthusiasts due to its location in the Great Rift Valley. The best time to visit Arusha is June-February.

9. Goreme, Turkey.

A city literally carved into a volcanic rock. It is the historical center of Cappadocia. Millions of tourists from all over the world come here to see these fantastic landscapes in person. Most often, Cappadocia is chosen by couples in love for their romantic balloon flights at dawn. But about the most delicious Turkish cuisine and wine, you should generally keep silent! 10. Santorini, Greece
