The Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine has approved an updated list of territories on the basis of which payments will be made to internally displaced persons (IDPs).

The updated list includes 323 communities in nine regions:

• Donetsk (66 communities),

• Kharkiv (56 communities),

• Dnipropetrovsk (9 communities),

• Luhansk (37 communities),

• Zaporizhzhia (54 communities),

• Kherson (49 communities),

• Mykolaiv (26 communities),

• Sumy (21 communities),

• Chernihiv (5 communities).

It is emphasized that all internally displaced persons from these communities will receive financial assistance from the state.

The specified list was formed with the approval of the Ministry of Defense based on the proposals of the relevant regional and Kyiv city military administrations.

In the process of determining such territories, three key criteria are used. It:

• territories that are temporarily occupied;

• territories surrounded (blocked);

• territories where active hostilities are ongoing.

The department noted that if you are registered in one of the specified areas, but your community is not on this list, you should contact your military administration (in person or via a hotline) and clarify the information.
