HELPOn August 20, a full-fledged "Doсument" center opened in Warsaw. There, Ukrainians can get an ID card or an international passport.

To receive an ID card or an international passport, you should register for the queue management system via the link.
After registration, the person will receive a ticket in an SMS message.

The term of producing an ID card or passport is 7 or 20 days, depending on the urgency.
The cost of producing documents
Ukrainians can order an ID card and an international passport simultaneously or each document separately.
1. The price of both documents:
• Production in the standard mode (20 days): UAH 733 (forms and passport production) and PLN 425 (enterprise service);
• Production in urgent mode (7 days): UAH 1,085 (forms and passport production) and PLN 425 (enterprise service).
2. The price of issuing an international passport:
• Standard production time - UAH 733 (forms and passport production) and PLN 335 (enterprise service);
• Urgent mode - UAH 1,085 (passport forms and production) and PLN 335 (enterprise service).
Note that you need to pay for services directly at the service center. To do this, you need a smartphone and your bank details.
3. The cost of issuing an ID card only:
• Urgent exchange of an ID card - UAH 498 (passport forms and production) and PLN 335 (enterprise service);
• Non-urgent ID card exchange - UAH 372 (passport forms and production) and PLN 335 (enterprise service);
• Exchange of a passport in the form of a book for an ID card (standard term up to 20 days) - UAH 372 (passport forms and production) and PLN 335 (enterprise service);
• Exchange of a passport in the form of a book for an ID card (expedited term up to 10 days) - UAH 498 (passport forms and production) and PLN 335 (enterprise service);
• ID card for a child from 14 years old - PLN 335 (paid only for the enterprise’s service).
