As the period of mobilization in Ukraine has been extended and martial law continues, military subpoena is issued to men of call-up age. Many of those who have been called to the Military Commissariat are interested in possible punishment for non-appearance.

The Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses for violation of legislation on mobilization provides a penalty - a fine from 1,700 to 3,400 UAH .

If a man receives a call-up paper for a second time and does not appear at the military commissariat, he may be penalized with a more substantial fine. Article 210-1 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses may impose a fine of 5,100 UAH .

For ignoring a summons to the military commissariat, a person may be held criminally liable. There are a number of articles with deprivation of liberty as a penalty for evasion of military service from 3 to 5 years. We note that such cases are processed in court.

It is important to remember that after receiving a call-out, men of military age are obliged to appear at the military commissariat or territorial recruitment and social support center (TCC).

If a citizen is not subject to mobilization due to certain conditions, he should provide documents confirming the grounds for obtaining a "white ticket".

We remind you! In Ukraine, there is now a general mobilization, according to which citizens liable for military service, namely men from 18 to 60 years old, do not have the right to travel abroad.
