Ryanair's summer schedule from Katowice 2026: 26 routes and four new destinations
According to information on Ryanair's official website, in the summer season of 2026, the low-cost airline will operate flights from Katowice Airport on 26 routes. The airline emphasises that this is the largest number of destinations in its entire history at this airport. This expansion of the network reflects the growing demand for air travel from Katowice, particularly among passengers from neighbouring countries.
Four completely new destinations have been added to the schedule: Malaga in Spain, the Italian city of Lamezia Terme, Aarhus in Denmark and the Albanian capital Tirana. This will give passengers access to popular European resorts and cultural centres at affordable prices. For Ukrainians living in border regions or temporarily staying in Poland, Katowice Airport is becoming an even more attractive starting point for travel.

New Ryanair flights from Sicily: Trapani-Marsala Airport expands its route network
In parallel with the expansion in Katowice, Ryanair has announced a record summer schedule from Trapani-Marsala Airport in Sicily, Italy. This summer, 24 routes will be available from there, including six completely new destinations. These include flights to Stockholm (Sweden), Bournemouth (UK), the Italian cities of Bari and Verona, Lublin in Poland, and Saarbrücken in Germany.
It is worth noting the launch of the Trapani-Lublin route, as this is another convenient route for Ukrainians. Lublin is located close to the Ukrainian border, so the new connection with Sicily may be an interesting option for those planning a holiday in Italy. Overall, the expansion of the Ryanair network in both Poland and Italy opens up additional opportunities for budget travel in Europe.
