On March 5, registration for the 2026 National Multidisciplinary Test (NMT) will begin. As in previous years, the registration process will take place remotely, online. The Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment (UCEQA) has published a detailed algorithm of actions. We have prepared clear instructions to help you register quickly and without errors.

Method 1: Registration via Diia

This is the easiest and fastest way. Authorization through the state application will save you from having to manually enter personal data and upload basic documents — the system will pull them up itself.

1. Create a personal account on the UCOKO website and select creation via Diia.

2. Send a digital document: check the box next to your ID card or passport in the app.

3. Enter your registration details: your contact information, status (“current graduate” or “past graduate”), and information about your educational institution (for this year's graduates).

4. Specify conditions (if necessary): indicate if you need special conditions for taking the test or if you plan to take the NMT in an additional session.

5. Set up the test: select the subject of your choice, the language of the test, and the location (in Ukraine or abroad) where it will be convenient for you to take the exam.

6. Upload documents: the system will automatically determine the required list. Please note: graduates of the current year only need to upload a certificate from their educational institution.

7. Submit data: confirm your desire to participate in the NMT and click the button to send the data for processing to the regional center for educational quality assessment.

Method 2: Manual registration

If for some reason you cannot use Diia, you can create an account manually. The process is similar, but before choosing subjects and a test center, you will have to fill out a form with your personal data and upload a complete set of scanned copies.

Basic set of documents for manual registration:

(When using Diia, these documents are pulled up automatically)

1. Identity document (passport).

2. Document confirming your Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) (Identification code / certificate of absence of code).

3. Education document (certificate from school for 2026 graduates or diploma for previous years' graduates).

Some categories of applicants will need to upload additional documents:

▪️ In case of discrepancies in personal data: certificate of name change, marriage, or divorce.

▪️ To take the test in another language: certificate of language of instruction (if you want to take the test in the language of an indigenous people or national minority).

▪️ For special testing conditions: medical report form No. 086-3/о.

▪️ Foreign documents: notarized translation if your documents are in a foreign language.

After you click the submit button, the registration is not yet complete. Be sure to regularly log into your personal account and check the status of your documents.

If the regional center finds errors in the application or problems with the scanned documents, they will return the application for revision. You will have until April 7 to correct any inaccuracies and upload the correct files.

Reminder! Parents across the country are discussing rumors about “summer school” and the cancellation of vacations, but the reality is more complicated: the school schedule now depends on the situation in each specific community. Due to absences during blackouts, some schools may indeed change their schedules, but this does not mean mandatory schooling throughout the summer. Find out who may be affected by the changes and how much time children will have off.
