Occupation is a very tough test for a person. The Ministry for the Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine reminded that in such difficult times, Ukrainians - wherever they are: under occupation, deported to the Russian Federation, behind enemy bars, or evacuated abroad - are not alone. The whole country is nearby.

7 main rules for TOT residents from the Ministry of Reintegration:

1. Continue to live a normal everyday life, take care of your relatives.

2. Isolate yourself from enemy propaganda and do not despair: you have not been forgotten!

3. Do not lose contact with family and friends in the free territories.

4. Do not cooperate with the enemy!

5. Do not take the enemy's "passport" into your hands.

6. Do not go to the "referendum" of the occupiers.

7. Try to evacuate at the first opportunity.
