Ukraine has launched the “Home” digital platform for Ukrainians abroad who are considering returning to their homeland. Find out what information is available on the platform, which communities have already joined, and where to get support
Ukrainians abroad now have a new digital tool — the “Home” platform, which is currently in beta. It was created for those considering a return to Ukraine and provides practical information on the steps, resources, and support available to those who have decided to return. This was announced by the Ministry of Social Policy, Family, and Unity of Ukraine.

What does the “Home” platform offer?
The platform brings together in one place the information people may need when deciding to return and afterward. Specifically, it includes information on:
● steps for returning — step-by-step guidance on what needs to be done and in what order;
● communities — a list of localities ready to welcome people and assist with reintegration;
● work and education—current opportunities for employment and education in Ukraine;
● social support—available benefits, assistance programs, and other resources;
● overseas centers—Unity Centers and organizations from the Unity Network, where Ukrainians can receive support even before returning.
A separate section on the platform is dedicated to the personal return plan—a tool that helps you organize your steps and take your individual circumstances into account.
If, while preparing for your return or after arriving in Ukraine, you have questions regarding your legal status, documents, or any legal nuances — Visit Ukraine’s immigration lawyers are ready to provide individual consultations.
We remind you! The end of the 90-day visa-free period does not mean that Ukrainians with temporary protection can no longer travel in Europe or visit Ukraine. However, such trips are subject to specific rules, and certain conditions may vary depending on the country that granted temporary protection status. Read more about whether you can travel to EU countries, how to return without any issues after your trip, and what you should check before leaving.
